Little Tigers: 3-5 years old
Little Tigers will start to learn the basics of karate. Every move will be broken down step by step in a  fun and constructive manner. The Little  Tigers learn to "Focus and  have Self Discipline". Every class will leave your Tiger excited and eager for more. 
Karate: 

 

Karate is not only great for the mind but also provides a fun full body work out. Every class works on improving strength, coordination, self-defense and self confidence.  Classes consist of Kata(form), Kumite(fighting) and Kihon(application of technique). 

Fitness:

 

Our Fitness classes are designed to maximize the caloric expenditure. Every class has a combination of strength, cardio and calisthenics to provide the shock that your body needs for maximum benefit. Every class is unique, challenging and fun while catering to your individual  needs.
